Belgian Champions League deadline tomorrow
Bids for the Belgian rights for the Champions League and Europa League Uefa club competitions are due in tomorrow.
Belgian broadcasters pay combined about €9.5 million a year in the present deals, with commercial broadcasters VMMa in Flanders and RTL-TVI in Wallonia the main rights-holders. Neither are thought likely to face much competition for the rights in the present climate.
VMMa has already said publicly that it will not pay more than the €7 million a year it does now.
